RCL’s service area covers California and Nevada; please contact our office to discuss your specific needs.

❷ Can I order additional items for my system once it is set up?

RCL stocks a number of replacement items for the various systems we support and can order most anything needed. Contact our sales department to find out more!

❸ Does RCL offer a warranty?

All of the products we offer carry manufacturer's warranties. For specific warranty questions, our service department can help!

❹ Can I pay with a credit card?

Currently, RCL accepts ACH, credit card and check payments.

❺ Can I get a Maintenance Agreement for my facility?

RCL provides Maintenance Agreements for many customers; reach out to our sales department to see how we can help!

❻ I just placed an order, how fast can I get it?

RCL uses UPS and ships once per day, however, we also offer technician delivery, will-call, and for urgent same-day items, Uber Delivery.
